Business TermsTeam Video Pacific provides all titles on a 10 day approval basis. This means schools have DVDs for 10 working days for preview purposes. Schools are required to cover the costs of returning DVDs and are expected to package such goods so they are returned in an undamaged condition.Team Video Pacific supplies goods ordered for preview/approval purposes with a "pro-forma" invoice. This lists the DVDs that are sent. It serves as the invoice to the school for DVDs that are retained (ie no further invoice will be sent). NB: discounts shown on pro-forma invoices may not continue to apply if some DVDs are returned. (This is because discounts usually require 3 or 4 DVDs to be ordered.) Goods are sent packed using New Zealand Post services. This includes Business Air Post to Australia and International orders. Pack and post charges are: NZ$6.90/DVD for NZ orders - to a maximum of $20; Aus$7.50/DVD for Australian orders - to a maximum of $20; and US$10/title for international orders.
